Retrieve Customer Login Information

To log in to your account you need to have your customer number and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account.

Recover Your Customer Number
  1. Open your Account Manager.
  2. Click Retrieve My Password.
  3. From the Retrieve Customer Number panel, from the My list, select a product you purchased.
  4. In the is field, type the information for the product.
  5. In the Enter the security access code field, type the appropriate numbers and letters.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Verify your email address. A message containing your Customer Number will be sent to the email address on file for this account.
  8. If this email address is valid, click Continue.
  9. If you believe the email address is not valid, click Email Change Form and complete the form. Fax it to us with the necessary documentation to change the email address.
 
Retrieve Your Password Hint
  1. Open your Account Manager.
  2. Next to Forgot your password?, click the Click Here hyperlink.
  3. Click Retrieve Password Hint.
  4. From the Retrieve Password Hint panel, in the Customer Number field, type your customer number.
  5. In theStreet Address field, type your street address.
  6. In the Enter the security access code field, type the appropriate numbers and letters.
  7. Click Continue to return to theAccount Login page.
    Your password hint displays above the Password field.

Reset Your Password
  1. Open your Account Manager.
  2. Next to Forgot your password?, click the Click Here hyperlink.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. From the Reset Password Authorization panel, in the Customer Number field, type your customer number.
  5. In the Enter the security access code field, type the appropriate numbers and letters.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Verify your email address. A message containing your authorization code will be sent to the email address on file for this account.
  8. If this email address is valid, click Continue.
    We will send an email message to you with your account information. Follow the instructions in the email message to use the authorization code to reset your password.
  9. If this email address is valid, click Continue.

Authorizing a Domain Transfer to Your Account

Your domain transfer will not succeed unless you unlock the domain, remove privacy, set up a valid administrative email, and apply the correct authorization code.
(for .com, .net, .org, .biz, .us. or .info names).

 
Authorize a Domain Transfer to Your Account
  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Under the Domain Names section, select Manage Domains. The Domain Control Center opens.
  3. In your folder list, click Pending Transfers.
  4. Click Authorization above your list of Pending Transfers.
  5. In the Transfer Authorization section, enter your Transaction ID and Security Code from the email notification you received regarding this transfer and click Continue.
  6. If applicable, enter your Authorization Code that you received from the current Registrar and click Continue.

This guide leads you through th process of of transferring your account to our secure servers while minimizing unfavorable downtime.

Essentially when you host your web site and its content, you storin the filesand data on a remote computer. The access and management tool provided make it easy for you to move and maintain your files and data \. You can successfully transfer your site hosting from your existing hosting provider to our secure hosting with minimul interrputions to your site activity.
To help the process run smoothly, you should know who your current hosting provider is and the company where your domain name is currntly registered. In many cases this is not the same company. To begin the process of transfering your hosting account purchase a hosting plan that suit your needs and then follow the steps:


  1. Log into your account manager.
  2. Under the hosting and email section, select hosting account list.

Setting Up Microsoft Outlook with Your Email Account

You can set up and use Microsoft Outlook with your Webmail account, but before you set up your account in Outlook, you need to set your SMTP Relay options in your Account Manager.


To Set Your SMTP Relay Options
  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the Hosting & Email menu, click Email Accounts.
  3. Locate the account you want to set up and click Setup Account.
  4. From the Relays per Day list, select the number of relays per day you want to use for the account.
  5. Specify whether you want to use the same user name and password for SMTP Relay that you use to access your account (recommended), or specify that you want to use a different user name and password and type them in the User Name, Password, and Confirm Password fields.
  6. Click Save Settings.

To Set Up Outlook with Your Email Account

  1. In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > E-mail Accounts.
  2. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
  3. On the Server Type window, select POP3 and click Next.
  4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, in the Your Name field, type your first and last name.
  5. In the E-mail Address field, type your email address.
  6. In the User Name and Password fields, type your user name (your full email address) and password, and then specify whether you want Outlook to remember your password.
  7. In the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type the name of your incoming server mail.mydomain.com, where "mydomain.com" is the name of your domain.
  8. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type smtpout.secureserver.net.
  9. Click More Settings.
  10. On the Internet E-mail Setting window, click Outgoing Server.
  11. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  12. Select Log on using, and then, in the User Name and Password fields, type the user name and password you set up in the SMTP relay section of your Manage Email Accounts page.
  13. Specify whether Outlook should remember your password.
  14. Click the Advanced tab.
  15. In the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, change the port to 80 or 3535.
  16. Click OK.
  17. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, click Next.
  18. Click Finish.
